1.8 Summary
Complex networks are present in many areas of our physical world. Modeling real-world complex systems into graph models results in complex networks. Studying such complex network models helps in identifying the characteristics of existing complex systems. This chapter reviewed some of the characteristics, applications, and challenges of complex networks and presented the topics covered by this book.
